If you have a problem, or a defective product,
you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within
fifteen (15) days after receipt of product. You must obtain
an RMA first by contacting us in writing (email or fax, no
phone call please) to explain why you want to return the product
and what's wrong with this product.
For defective product, we will give you a full refund. For
any returned item that is found to be non-defective, a restocking
fee (15%) applies.
Returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible
for shipping cost to send the item back) in the complete original
packaging and we only refund non-used products.
